Our VP for Wellbeing has developed a new way to request Sexual Health and Wellbeing products such as STI tests, drug tests, and pregnancy tests. The form is free, discreet and confidential for all students! 

 

All you need to do is provide your student number and select collection or delivery. Please note that if you select delivery you will need to provide your name and address. If you select collection, let the information hubs know that you have a package for collection, and then tell the member of staff your student number. 

 

All information will be purged regularly, and will not be kept or displayed anywhere.
