The Mindfulness, Wellbeing, and Stress Reduction Series is a four-week lunchtime series with Helena Ahern, Head of The DCU Counselling & Personal Development Service. It will be commencing at lunchtime, from 1-2 pm, from Wednesday, 20th of October. It is open to DCU staff and students. Please find the details and links below to register for each weekly session.

Emotional Wellbeing-Stress and Anxiety Workshops 

The Emotional Wellbeing Stress and Anxiety workshop with Ruan Kennedy, Senior Counsellor, provides steps to understand and ways to ease this experience.
